M&H Elements Peated is a single malt from Milk & Honey, distilled in Tel Aviv, Israel. It matures in bourbon casks and in casks that previously held heavily peated Islay whisky, which adds a smoky character without making it aggressive. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without added colour and not chill-filtered.
The nose brings soft wood smoke, caramel, citrus peel and toasted malt. The palate is silky, with vanilla, white pepper, dried fruit and a delicate smoke. The finish is medium and warm, with charred wood, nuts and sweet spice.
