This is Macallan 10 Year Old in the label design used for bottlings between 1999 and 2004. It is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in sherry oak casks from Jerez in Spain. The 10 Year Old was a popular Macallan release until it was discontinued in 2013.
Macallan began to concentrate on bottling its own single malts in the 1980s, after earlier years of supplying mainly for blending.
