A 2025 release of the Macallan 15 Year Old Double Cask, a Speyside single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for fifteen years in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks, and has a natural golden-butterscotch colour.
The nose offers dried fruit, baked apple, vanilla and toffee. On the palate there are sweet raisin and sultana, citrus zest and warm oak spice, moving towards caramel and ginger.
The finish is long, creamy and delicately spiced.
