Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Cask 2022 is a Speyside single malt from the distillery's Sherry Oak range. It has spent 18 years maturing in hand-picked oak casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Jerez, in Spain.
The maturation gives it a rich depth. On the nose there are dried fruits and ginger, with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The palate brings clove, dried orange and toasted oak, and the long finish carries ginger and orange zest.
