This is the 2021 release of Macallan 25 Year Old, a single malt Scotch whisky.
It was matured for the full 25 years in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, and no other type of cask was used.
The aroma is full and dominated by dried fruits, with citrus fruits and a light pinch of cinnamon alongside.
