This is the 2021 release of Macallan 25 Year Old, a Speyside single malt bottled by the distillery at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky spent twenty-five years in European oak casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry. The 25 year old was first launched in the early 1980s as the Macallan 25 Year Old Anniversary Malt, and it remains a long-aged, sherry-matured expression within the Macallan range.
