The 2019 release of Macallan 30 Year Old Sherry Oak, a Speyside single malt bottled by the distillery at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was the last version made entirely from whisky distilled in the 1980s.
The whisky was matured for a minimum of thirty years in European oak casks. These casks were seasoned for up to two years with dry Oloroso sherry in Jerez before being filled with Macallan spirit.
