Macallan Classic Cut 2025 is the ninth annual release in the Classic Cut series, a limited edition single malt bottled at 50.6% ABV.
It was matured in a balanced combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, together with ex-bourbon casks.
The nose is orange oil, barley flower and milk chocolate, with caramel wafer, vanilla panna cotta and fresh apple pie. On the palate come sweet icing, grapefruit, mandarin peel and lemon sorbet, with caramelised almonds. The finish is long, with grapefruit, melon and gentle oak spice.
