Macallan – Harmony Collection Guardian Oak (44.2%)

Macallan Harmony Collection Guardian Oak is the fourth release in the Harmony Collection, made by The Macallan's Whisky Mastery Team with Cirque du Soleil to mark the distillery's 200th anniversary. It is bottled at 44.2%. The whisky is matured in a combination of first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak casks and refill sherry casks. The packaging and labels are made with recycled oak shavings left over from cask production. The palate brings dried dates, figs and raisins with orange peel, dark chocolate and a touch of nutmeg. The finish is long and rich, marked by oak.
