Macallan – Harmony Collection Intense Arabica (44%)

This is a single malt from Macallan, bottled at 44% as the second release in the annual, limited Harmony Collection. It takes its inspiration from the Ethiopian Arabica bean, and is made with coffee in mind. The nose is tiramisu and cappuccino with gingerbread, raisins, almonds, sweet oak and vanilla. On the palate come espresso, dark chocolate, raisins, tiramisu, blackberry, vanilla, Brazil nut and sweet oak. The finish is long, with dark-roasted coffee, balanced and sweet.
