Macallan Rich Cacao is the first release in the Harmony Collection, an annual limited edition series, and has been available since 2021. Macallan whisky maker Polly Logan studied chocolate making for it and applied what she learned together with pastry chef Jordi Roca and chocolatier Damien Allsop.
The single malt matured in European and American sherry casks and was bottled at 46% ABV.
