The sixth and concluding release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in first-fill American sherry casks and American ex-bourbon casks.
The nose centres on fresh coconut and zesty lime, with lemon and orange, tropical mango and papaya, layered with vanilla, almond, sweet oak and a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon. The palate offers sweet lime and lemon with vanilla sponge, desiccated coconut, icing sugar and coconut milk, alongside sweet oak and dried tropical fruits. The finish brings bursts of coconut and floral honey.
