Macallan – The Harmony Collection Jing

Macallan The Harmony Collection Jing is a Speyside single malt inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea from JING, a tea noted for its dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes. The whisky is mostly matured in sherry-seasoned American oak, which brings ripe fruit and floral flavours. European oak adds roasted richness and a touch of astringency, while a small share of bourbon-seasoned casks adds sweetness to echo the dessert wine character of the tea. The nose shows peach, apricot and floral honey with tropical fruit, toffee and sweet oak. On the palate are peaches in syrup, citrus and toffee, ending in a delicate leafy astringency.
