Macallan – The Harmony Collection Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea (70cl, 43.9%)

A Macallan single malt from the 2025 Harmony Collection, inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea. It is bottled at 43.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Sherry seasoned American oak casks bring peach and floral notes reminiscent of the tea, with a rich, heady honeyed sweetness. Sherry seasoned European oak adds a roasted richness and a touch of tannic astringency, as found in the tea itself. A small share of casks that previously held bourbon adds a final sweetness, echoing the dessert wine aromas of the tea.
