Macallan Rich Cacao is a Speyside single malt released in 2021 as the first bottling in the distillery's Harmony Collection. The collection later grew to include Fine Cacao, Inspired by Intense Arabica, Smooth Arabica and Amber Meadow.
Rich Cacao was made in collaboration with Jordi Roca, pastry chef at El Celler de Can Roca. The whisky matured in a mix of American and European oak casks that had been seasoned with sherry, and it is bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle.
