Macallan – The Harmony Collection Smooth Arabica (70cl, 40%)

The second edition in Macallan's limited annual release series, inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica bean. Ethiopia is said to be the birthplace of coffee, and Arabica was the first coffee species to be cultivated. This single malt is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The nose combines ground coffee, hazelnuts, sweet raisin, dark cherry, toffee, vanilla and sweet oak. On the palate there is Americano coffee, raisins, cherries, soft spices, walnut, vanilla and oak. The finish is lingering coffee bean, turning sweet and creamy.
