Macallan TIME : SPACE Sherry Cask is a 20 year old single malt shaped by two distinct interactions with freshly sherry seasoned oak.
Maturation begins in sherry oak casks and then moves to sherry oak cask marrying, which adds a second chapter of sherry cask influence to the whisky. It is bottled at 44.8% ABV and comes in a 70cl bottle.
