Maker's Mark – 7 Year Old Cask Strength Bourbon (75cl, 56.3%)

Maker's Mark 7 Year Old Cask Strength is a wheated bourbon bottled uncut at 56.3% ABV. It is the 2026 revamp of the brand's cask strength bottling and the first to carry an age statement, seven years, in a redesigned bottle. The mash bill is 70% corn, 16% soft red winter wheat and 14% malted barley, a recipe the Samuels family has used since 1953. It was named Straight Bourbon of the Year, with a Double Gold, at the 2026 London Spirits Competition. The nose has dark cherry, toasted oak and salted caramel. The palate brings warm vanilla, brown sugar and soft oak, and the finish is long, with dark chocolate and soft spice.
