Maker's Mark – Cellar Aged 2025 Release (70cl, 56.5%)

Maker's Mark Cellar Aged 2025 is a bourbon containing whiskey matured for up to 14 years, which makes it one of the oldest bottlings from the distillery. Part of the maturation takes place in the distillery's underground rock cellar, where steady low temperatures prevent over-extraction. According to the distillery, this keeps the dominant tannins typical of long-aged bourbon in the background. It is bottled at 56.5% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colour.
