Maker's Mark – Cellar Aged 2025 Release (75cl, 56.5%)

Cellar Aged is a wheated bourbon from Maker's Mark, bottled at barrel proof without chill filtration. The 2025 edition is 56.45% ABV in a 750ml bottle and blends 74% eleven-year-old, 10% thirteen-year-old and 16% fourteen-year-old whiskies. The barrels spend about six years in the open-rick warehouses, then move to a limestone cellar at the distillery in Loretto, Kentucky, for a further five to six years. The cooler, steadier cellar temperatures slow extraction and oxidation. Salted caramel, vanilla fudge and dark cherry show on the nose. The palate offers dark caramel, ripe cherry, fig, cinnamon and cocoa. The finish is long, warming and semi-dry, with butterscotch and bitter chocolate.
