Maker's Mark – Cellar Aged (2026 Release) (56%)

Maker's Mark Cellar Aged 2026 is the fourth annual release in a series that began in 2023, a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at cask strength, 56.05% ABV. It is made from corn, malted barley and soft red winter wheat in place of rye, and matured in charred American oak. The 2026 blend is 49% 11 year old, 33% 12 year old and 18% 14 year old bourbon. Each part spent about seven years in traditional warehouses, then a further four to six in the distillery's limestone cellar, which is cooler and steadier. The nose offers dark cherry, clove, vanilla bean and soft orchard fruit. Honey, brown sugar and plums lead the palate, and the finish is warming and silky with almond, nutmeg and green apple.
