Maker's Mark – Star Hill Farm (2026 Release)

This is the 2026 release of Star Hill Farm, an American whisky from Maker's Mark, which has distilled on its Star Hill Farm estate in Loretto, Kentucky since 1954. Each annual edition looks at a different farming question, and this year's looks at wheat. It is made from soft red winter, hard white and heirloom hard red wheat, with 62% malted wheat and a touch of malted barley. All the grain is estate grown under a regenerative agriculture approach, and the whisky is bottled at cask strength. The nose is dark and dense, with molasses, fig and delicate spice. The palate brings zesty citrus, ripe pear and shortbread, and the finish is lingering, with rich sweetness and soft cinnamon.
