Manly Spirits Coastal Stone 'Italian Series' Aglianico Expression Single Malt Whisky (50cl, 52.6%)

Coastal Stone Aglianico is a single malt from Manly Spirits Co. on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, New South Wales, bottled at 52.6% ABV. It belongs to the Italian Series, also called the Italian Luxe Trio. The whisky was matured in ex-Aglianico wine barrels sourced from the Australian winery Mino & Co. These are American oak hogsheads, charred by barrel cooper Andrew Young at Seppeltsfield in South Australia and returned as first fill casks. The time in cask added depth and intricacy to the whisky's character.
