Map of Islay Heavily Peated Islay Single Malt (70cl, 40%)

Map of Islay is a heavily peated Islay single malt from one of the island's distilleries, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Caramel colouring is added for a consistent colour. The whisky matured on Islay's stormy coast, which adds maritime notes to the strong smoke. Salt and liquorice sit beneath a firm peat character. The nose is usually described as the sweet scent of light fruit with vanilla. Fresh tobacco and oak spice round off the flavour.
