Mars Iwai Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Mars Iwai is a Japanese blended whisky named after Kiichiro Iwai, described as a silent pioneer of Japanese whisky. It is bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle. The style draws on American whiskeys: mostly corn, balanced with light malt and aged in ex-bourbon barrels. It is suggested for daily sipping, in a mint julep or in an old fashioned. The tasting notes are sweet and fruity, with pear, quince, hints of red fruit and vanilla.
