This is a Japanese single malt from Mars Komagatake, the 2021 edition with the Shinshu Aging name. It is bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The colour is an orange-tinged amber. The nose is fruity, with quince, apricot and vanilla. On the palate, honeyed sweetness and hazelnut come from the sherry cask, with a gentle melon fruitiness.
The finish is of medium length.
