It was distilled in 2016 and matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel, cask number 3705, which yielded 193 bottles. The cask was selected by La Maison du Whisky. The label names Hombo Shuzo Co., Ltd. as bottler and presents the whisky as Komagatake Shinshu.
