This is a Japanese single malt from Mars Komagatake, bottled at 54% in a 70cl bottle. It is the Tsunuki Aging 2020 edition.
In the glass it is a amber-orange colour. The nose combines light peat with maple syrup, honey, vanilla, nuts and orange.
On the palate there is stone fruit and dried apricots, with smoke and a bourbon cask character running through. The finish is smoky and oaky.
