Marsala DOC Vergine Riserva 2011 from Florio is made from selected native grapes and aged for at least five years in wooden casks. It has an intense amber colour and a broad bouquet of dried fruit, honey, vanilla and subtle spicy notes.
On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, with a balance between sweetness and acidity. Its robust structure and persistent finish make it suitable for dry pastries, aged cheeses or moments of meditation.
