Meikle Tòir The Sherry One is a peated Speyside single malt from the Glenallachie distillery, created by Billy Walker. It is five years old and comes in a 70cl bottle.
It matured in first fill bourbon barrels together with Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons. The peat level is 35 ppm. It is bottled at 48% ABV, in its natural colour and without chill-filtration.
