Method and Madness Single Malt is an Irish single malt from Irish Distillers, made at the Midleton Distillery. It was first matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, which bring flavours of malt and biscuit.
It was then part-finished in French Limousin oak for one year, a first for the category, adding a lighter, floral and herbal note. The release reflects Irish Distillers' continued commitment to experimentation and innovation.
