Michter's – 10 Year Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey (70cl, 46.4%)

Michter's 10 Year Old Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey in a 700ml bottle, bottled at 46.4%. Each bottling comes from a single barrel, with no batching or blending. The barrels age in Michter's heat-cycled warehouses and are chosen only once judged mature enough. The whiskey is barrelled at a low entry proof. The nose combines dark rye bread, roasted coffee beans, burnt orange and seasoned oak. On the palate are dark cherry, baking spice, smoked toffee and black tea, with firm tannins. The finish is long and dry, with spice, dark cocoa and toasted oak.
