Michter's 20 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Michter's Distillery in Louisville, matured for 20 years in new charred American oak. This 2018 release was approved by Master Distiller Dan McKee and Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson, and it is a vintage-dated bottling in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is concentrated caramel, dark fruit, dark chocolate and toasted oak. The palate is full-bodied and silky, with toffee, dried cherry, leather and oak tannins. The finish is very long, with spice, oak and dark fruit.
