Michter's – 25 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey 2017 Release (75cl)

This is the 2017 release of Michter's 25 Year Old, a Kentucky straight bourbon aged for 25 years, in a 75cl bottle. Michter's bottles its 25 Year only when Master Distiller Dan McKee and Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson agree that the available barrels have reached the right complexity and balance, so it follows no fixed calendar. The 2017 was approved in that way. The nose offers rich dried fruit, aged oak, caramel and dark spice. On the palate the oak is well integrated, with deep sweetness, dried fruit, leather and warm baking spice, and the finish is very long and evolving.
