Michter's Small Batch US*1 Unblended American Whiskey is a Kentucky whiskey bottled at 41.7% in a 70cl bottle. It is made without grain neutral spirits, which sets it apart from many American whiskeys in this category.
It is aged in custom-charred American white oak barrels and bottled in small batches.
The nose offers vanilla bean, caramel cream and fresh-baked sugar cookies, with soft oak and a hint of cherry cola. On the palate come butterscotch, toasted almonds, spiced maple and milk chocolate. The finish is medium and clean, with honeycomb, vanilla fudge and gentle oak spice.
