Michter's – US-1 Original Small Batch Sour Mash Whiskey (75cl)

This is Michter's US-1 Original Small Batch Sour Mash Whiskey, a returning expression in the Michter's range, in a 75cl bottle. It follows the traditional sour mash method, in which part of the fermented mash from one batch starts the fermentation of the next. The whiskey is described as opening with burnt sugar, spice, tree fruit and vanilla, leading to a finish of ginger and black pepper.
