Midleton Very Rare 2025 Vintage Release is a blended Irish whiskey from County Cork. This edition marks the 200th anniversary of the Midleton Distillery, established in 1825. Master Distiller Kevin O'Gorman selected the casks from the A2 Warehouse.
The colour is golden. The nose brings caramelised apple, toffee fudge and vanilla, joined by lavender and fresh garden mint. The palate is smooth and silky, with honeycomb, soft orchard fruit and zesty citrus, balanced by white pepper and a hint of chilli oil. The finish is rich and lasting, ending on seasoned oak and pot still spice.
