Midnight Moon Peach Moonshine is a fruit-infused corn spirit made with real peaches by Piedmont Distillers in North Carolina. It is bottled at 35% in a 75cl bottle. The base is a triple-distilled spirit from a 100% American corn mashbill, and actual fruit is infused into the jar, so the colour and flavour come from the peaches rather than artificial extracts. Ripe peach and orchard fruit lead the nose. The palate is bright and juicy, with a peaches-and-cream sweetness, and the finish is clean, with lingering stone fruit.
