M&H Classic Single Malt comes from Milk & Honey, the first whisky distillery in Israel, which has been working in Tel Aviv since 2012. It is bottled at 46% and is kosher certified.
The spirit is double distilled in copper pot stills designed with guidance from the late Dr Jim Swan. It is matured mainly in ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks, with some portions in STR wine casks.
The nose offers vanilla, light oak, caramel and fresh orchard fruit with a touch of black pepper. The palate is creamy malt with honey, vanilla and Mediterranean herbs, and the medium finish carries spice, oak and sweet malt.
