A nine-year-old Highland single malt from Moonbroch, distilled in February 2013 and bottled in September 2022 at 49.9% ABV. It is one of two 2013 Secret Highland casks that come from the same unpeated distillation run.
This expression was racked into a hogshead that had previously held unpeated whisky.
The nose is tropical fruit, mangoes and a deep nuttiness. On the palate there is fresh red apple, tinned peaches, oolong tea, caramel cream cow tales and tootsie rolls.
