Morris Signature is an Australian single malt from Morris of Rutherglen, a family business with around 160 years of experience. It was distilled in copper pot stills. The whisky matured in wine casks made from French and American oak, then received a finish in sweet wine casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without added colouring and without chill-filtering, and has a soft profile.
