Lennox Peat is a six-year-old Highland single malt from Murray McDavid's Mystery Malt series, in which the distillery is deliberately left unnamed. It was distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2025 at 56.3% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colouring.
The whisky matured entirely in bourbon casks, and this was a limited bottling.
Murray McDavid is an independent bottler with a cask store of more than 40,000 casks from over 90 Scottish distilleries.
