This is a 15 year old Orkney single malt from Highland Park, released under the Mystery Malt name by Signatory Vintage as 100-Proof Edition #83. It was distilled in 2011, finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts and bottled in 2026 at 57.1% ABV, the 100 proof strength of the series.
The Pedro Ximénez finish brings raisins, dates, treacle, dark chocolate and warming spice. These sit alongside the spirit's heather honey, maritime freshness and gentle, aromatic peat smoke.
