Mystery Malt (Highland Park) 21 Year Old 2005 Signatory Cask Strength (54.6%)

This is a single cask Orkney single malt from Highland Park, bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2026 at 21 years old, at a natural cask strength of 54.6% ABV. The whisky matured in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry butt. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The notes run to dried fruit, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and warming spice, alongside honeyed malt, a maritime character and gentle heathery peat smoke.
