This is a 21 year old Speyside single malt distilled in 2005 at Macallan and released under the Speyside [M] designation. Signatory Vintage bottled it for the Symington's Choice collection in October 2026 at 59.2% ABV.
It matured in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, which brings dried fruit, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and warming spice. The spirit underneath is described as keeping the weight, fruit and structure associated with Macallan.
