This is a 14 year old single malt from an Orkney distillery, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026 as number 71 in the Signatory Vintage 100-Proof Edition. It is bottled at 57.1% ABV.
The whisky matured exclusively in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour, and the sherry sits alongside the distillery's aromatic peat, floral smoke and gentle salinity.
Expect dried fruit, dark honey and warming spice, in a heathery, subtly peated style.
