Nagahama Inazuma 'Extra Selected' is a world blended malt in a 700ml bottle at 47% ABV. The blend brings together unpeated malt distilled at Nagahama Distillery, peated malt distilled at Saburomaru Distillery and carefully chosen overseas malt.
Each component was picked to complement the others and build the 'extra' flavour the recipe aims for.
The nose is sweet and fruity, with honey, vanilla and green apple. A mild sweetness leads on the palate before it turns to malt flavour and bitterness. The finish is bitter and complex.
