Nagahama x Saburomaru Inazuma Synergy Blend Blended Malt Japanese Whisky (70cl, 47%)

This is a blended malt made by two Japanese craft distilleries, Nagahama and Saburomaru, and it is the first collaboration between them. It came from a barrel exchange, the first of its kind between Japanese distillers. The blend combines a non-peated single malt distilled and aged at Nagahama with a peated single malt distilled and aged at Saburomaru. The recipe was built so that each component keeps its own individuality. Nagahama was founded in 2016 on the shores of Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture. Saburomaru is in Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture, and began as the whisky licence of a sake and shochu producer in 1952. It is bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle.
