A blended malt from Nantou in Taiwan, bottled at 40% ABV. It is made entirely from malted barley and takes its name from Yushan, known as Taiwan's Jade Mountain.
The blend is built from single malts that matured in bourbon and sherry casks. The Jerez in the name points to the sherry cask component.
