Nc'Nean Organic 5 Year Old Thompson Brothers (70cl, 48.5%)

This is a 5 year old organic blended malt from Thompson Brothers, bottled at 48.5% in a 70cl bottle. It marries organic single malts from Nc'Nean and Dornoch in an 80/20 split and is presented as the first organic blended malt whisky. Nc'Nean contributes a zesty, fresh and fruity spirit, while Dornoch adds a heavier, rich and oily character. The Nc'Nean distillery uses organic barley, its own spring water and renewable energy. It is a small batch release of 377 bottles.
